Yes, eGift cards expire 3 years from date of purchase.

I’m having trouble paying with my Apple, Samsung, or Google mobile wallet, what should I do?

Make sure the card details are correct by double-checking that what you’ve entered exactly matches your card number, expiry date and CVV. If you still can’t complete a contactless payment, try again with the below tips or reach out to the wallet provider directly for further assistance. i) Make sure your phone is awake and unlocked. ii) Hold your phone in a different way. Your NFC antenna could be near the top or middle of your device. iii) Hold your phone closer to the payment reader. iv) Hold your phone close to the payment reader for a few more seconds.

Do I have to spend the entire amount of the Good Guys Visa Gift Card in a single purchase?

No. Gift Cards are partially redeemable.  Within the Gift Card’s validity period, any available balance can be used for multiple purchases at Good Guys location

Can Activ™ Gift Cards be used to make purchases online?

Yes, Activ™ Gift Cards can be used online  Enter the card information (Card number, expiry date and CVV) in the credit/debit card section and please ensure the current balance of the Activ™ Gift Card is enough for the entire purchase as most online merchants cannot accept the combination of an Activ™ Gift Card and a Credit Card.

How do I use my Good Guys Visa Gift Card in-store?

Your Good Guys Visa Gift Card works the same as a Visa debit card. It can be used in-store, online and added to your mobile wallet. To redeem your  Gift Card in-store:
  1. Add your card to mobile wallet
  2. Tap your device on the payment terminal, select credit if prompted and enter PIN.
If the value of the purchase is more than the amount of the gift card, you can supplement the additional value with cash or another payment method that is accepted by the merchant.
